No problem. First check your junk folder to make sure it hasn't got lost in there. If there's still no luck, please reach out on the contact page with any details you can provide about your order.

For CC2020 and up, just drag the files onto the application icon and they should automatically install.

For older versions please check the installation instructions included in the pack - if you're still having trouble you can reach out on the contact section.

AT THE MOMENT MY KITS ONLY WORK WITH PHOTOSHOP, BUT THIS MIGHT BE SOMETHING I EXPLORE IN THE FUTURE.

Unfortunately, they only work on the full versions of photoshop. SOME FEATURES AREN'T SUPPORTED ON MOBILE DEVICES YET

Yes. The site supports most major currencies [& crypto]! If it hasn't updated to your local currency automatically, you can select it by scrolling down to the footer of the website and choosing from the dropdown list.
